A customer’s fire life safety equipment is one of the most important assets of any company. Properly working equipment can reduce risk in the event of a fire. Tier 1 Fire’s inspection and testing program is carried out by NICET certified inspectors in accordance with the codes set forth in NFPA. Our services cover a wide variety of systems including, but not limited to, wet and dry systems, special hazards systems, fire pumps, fire hydrants, extinguishers, backflows (fire protection, domestic, and irrigation), standpipes, pre-action systems, deluge systems, etc. We can work in conjunction with local authority having jurisdiction to ensure that fire life safety systems are in compliance with any special requirements.
Our program consists of a thorough inspection of all components unique to the property’s systems. Inspections are performed on time every time thanks to our robust inspection tracking software. This includes performing the correct inspection type at the correct interval. At the conclusion of the inspection, our highly trained staff will review the results before leaving the customers property.
Following the inspection, customers will be emailed a PDF copy of their inspection reports. Customers will also be provided with a customer portal which gives them immediate access to current and historical inspection reports. Customers will receive a proposal for any items noted during the inspection, in a timely manner.
